The panel is open to both quantitative and qualitative research, with profiling available on demographics, telecoms, pets, automotive, luxury goods, finance, business and other areas.

Relocation, Relocation, Relocation
Our previous office at 23 Southampton Place was a great starting point for us, but after three months, and only 10 available desks, we outgrew it as we hit 14 staff. We didn’t go too far, though… just across the road to number 5 Southampton Place.

To help enhance our data science capabilities and increase our capacity to fulfil upcoming data analytic projects we acquired SigDiff. A massive milestone to differentiate us from the crowd, add value and provide insight instantaneously.

Suzy is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Potentia Insight, a consultative provider of innovative and creative digital solutions for strategic insight including mobile and online data collection, communities and real-time reporting.
With over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of leading successful businesses, Suzy has overseen thousands of online survey programmes spanning multiple sectors, markets and both B2B and B2C audiences. As a people’s person with a technical flair, Suzy’s skills range from project management and data handling, to managing client relationships and people leadership.
Outside of the office, Suzy is a busy mum of two.

Colin has over 15 years’ experience in the digital research space and has overseen thousands of online survey programmes spanning multiple sectors, markets and both B2B and B2C audiences. Colin has deep knowledge and understanding of the online sample market. He has worked on both the panel build side when at Cint and for multiple global panel companies. Prior to launching Potentia Insight, Colin was the Commercial Director at Alligator Digital, which became an award-winning, multi-million-pound agency.

Clare brings over 20 years of market research experience to Potentia, having worked at companies including SSI, On Device Research and Walr.
She started her career at Research Now and has helped scale many high-growth research organisations by collaborating closely with clients, utilising the latest innovations and out-of-the-box thinking to generate the best data.

Business Development Director
Liz, a former VP at Savanta, comes with over 12 years of MR account management experience under her belt, as well as a further six years in the publishing industry. She prides herself on her relationships and will always strive to go above and beyond for every brief or project, large or small, always with the clients’ needs at the forefront.
In her last position, she worked with several key MR agencies offering consultative advice to help them construct their project design, and being hands on until completion including often managing some of the fieldwork aspects, from large multinational dips to weekly brand trackers.

Chase is an experienced senior account director with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients in a variety of industries. With over 17 years of experience in the financial services and market research sectors, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
Prior to joining Potentia, Chase worked with a large number of key accounts helping clients to achieve their goals through strategic planning and execution. He also has experience with project management in his roles within market research, so he likes to get involved in all aspects of a project, from start to finish.
In his personal life, Chase enjoys playing and watching football and cricket, as well as being a keen poker player. He is a proud owner of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and loves spending time outdoors with her and his partner.

Chris has over 15 years of experience in the research and insight industry, working for leading agencies including Nielsen, Nunwood, Research Now, and Savanta.
He began his career working as a mixed-method qual and quant researcher, developing a passion for research and insight alongside a deep understanding of the industry. His early experience in the industry has proven vital to the success he’s enjoyed since moving to commercially focused roles over ten years ago.
Chris is passionate about collaborating with clients and listening to their needs and challenges before using his skills and experience to help them achieve their goals.

As an Account Director, Freddie works with our key clients to help deliver high quality insight through offering a range of bespoke project solutions. Working across both consumer and B2B studies over the last five years, as well as on a variety of UK specific and international projects, he has a range of experience that helps him to tailor our services depending on the specifics of each brief. This enables Freddie to offer a consultative service to maximise the insight gained by our clients.
Freddie is also a big football (Liverpool) and cricket (Hampshire) fan, and enjoys taking his spaniel on some lively walks!

Account Director
James is an Account Director with over ten years of experience in the market research industry. His expertise lies in forming lasting partnerships with clients from all sectors of the industry. More recently, he has worked with large FMCGs and end clients, assisting with their panel and research needs.
Throughout his career, James has been able to identify the needs of each of his clients, tailoring the company’s solutions to best suit each project.
Outside of work, James loves all things sports, most notably playing and watching football. He is an avid Manchester City fan and also enjoys snowboarding with his partner.

Maddy graduated from University College London with an MSc in Political Science and was awarded a distinction. As such, Maddy is familiar with quantitative and qualitative research methods, including using statistical software to track and present data. She looks forward to developing her research skills to identify client needs and structure personalised proposals.

Jon heads up the Operations division at Potentia and draws on over 15 years of experience working in the market research industry. With his technical know-how, he is a specialist in online data collection, community management and overseeing complex bespoke survey set-ups alongside project managing mix-mode, large-scale global projects.
Jon has worked across a wide variety of clients and sectors from financial institutions to research insight specialists, while building a team of experts who share his high standards and level of service.
Jon Dunford
Director of Operations
Greg is a former Chief Information Security Officer and brings a wealth of experience in data collection technology, project management, and analysis for market research projects of all sizes. His expertise extends to diverse market research software packages and advanced automation.
Additionally, Greg’s leadership spans technology-driven project elements, IT management, and Data Protection Officer responsibilities, and in previous roles, he’s been pivotal in obtaining ISO20252, and ISO27001 certifications and having GDPR responsibility.
Along with this, Greg is an esteemed member of the Market Research Society (MRS) Fair Data Accreditation Board since 2019, and his influence in ethical data practices is widely recognised.
Greg Berry
IT Director
Danny has over 30 years of experience within the market research industry, having worked as a Data Processing Manager for a variety of research agencies, including the big giants like TNS and GfK.
However, Danny has spent the last 18 years at DataTree, where he was a company director and helped the company expand and diversify by bringing data collection and web scripting services in-house.
Danny has worked on a multitude of projects and brands, from automotive clinics to General Election exit polls, but his greatest achievement to date is surviving life in a household with two teenage daughters and a crazy boxer dog. He is also an avid football fan, dabbles in a bit of cooking, and enjoys booking flights to random locations.

Director of Data Processing
Jennifer has over ten years of experience in operations within the market research industry, with extensive scripting and data processing knowledge. She has worked on a large variety of projects, from quick turnaround ad-hoc projects to complex trackers and everything in between.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a keen runner and regularly runs with her local running club, as well as the odd race when she can. She enjoys going out for meals and spending time with family and friends.
Jennifer McPadden
Senior Data Processing Programmer
Jon has worked in data processing for over seven years and has significant experience working on complex multi-market trackers and high-urgency, fast-turnaround ad hoc projects. While his analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail have helped him excel at data processing, his degree in English Language and Linguistics means he’s as comfortable dealing with people as he is with data.
Jon is a huge music fan and loves playing his guitar and discovering new music. He also enjoys watching various sports and goes to Portsmouth FC games as regularly as he can.
Jon Gunter
Senior Data Processing Programmer
Tom has more than 20 years’ experience in the market research industry. He began his career on the executive side, rapidly working his way up from Research Executive to Research Director. He then switched to the operations side, working as Operations Director at both Continental Research and Perspective Research Services, before assuming the role of Managing Director at Perspective Research Services Quantitative with overall responsibility for all quantitative aspects of the business, including CATI, F2F, online and data processing services. As a result, he has a detailed appreciation of all elements of the research process. His most recent positions were as Fieldwork Operations Director at IQR Limited, a standalone business unit within the CT Group, and Client Services Manager at Dynata working on a range of projects in the advertising sector.

For the past ten years, Nenos has been working in digital market research specialising in project management and client services. Nenos has extensive experience in running both UK and multi-national projects. He works closely with our network of suppliers globally to achieve complex project goals to provide invaluable high-quality data to our clients rapidly.
As well as being an Arsenal football fan, Nenos enjoys travelling and seeing the world.
Nenos Jona
Project Director
Mark has over 20 years of experience in the market research industry, having started in data entry before moving to scripting/data processing and then on to project management. Before joining Potentia, Mark worked at Ipsos and Savanta, where he worked on many projects, from large-scale tracking studies to multi-market ad-hoc projects.
Outside of work, Mark has two young children and, when time allows, enjoys watching football, running and playing the odd game of golf.
Mark Ellis
Associate Director
James has over ten years’ experience in the research and insight industry, specialising in project management and data collection for research agencies and management consultancies, as well as providing strategic insight and running online community panels for national publishers.
He spends his spare time listening to music, watching football and sitting in coffee shops. He also enjoys film photography, collecting independent magazines and travelling with his wife and two children.

Adriana has over 14 years of project management experience across a wide variety of research studies including trackers, large multi-country projects and custom projects using different methodologies.
Adriana enjoys travelling, exploring new destinations and she is inspired by different cultures and their history.
Adriana Dragan

Steve has over 15 years of experience in the market research industry, specialising in online quantitative projects. As a Data Manager, he is often responsible for project management, scripting and data processing. Steve’s core expertise is tracking studies but he has worked on every type in between, from simple ad-hoc projects to complex multi-language projects.
Outside of work, Steve has two children that keep him busy, but he also enjoys cycling, cooking and watching Leeds United.

Associate Director
Chris has over five years’ project management experience across a wide variety of research studies including large multi-country projects, trackers and campaign evaluations using different methodologies. In addition, he has extensive experience across various operations and exec roles having been at Kantar for over 20 years.
Chris enjoys sports and spends the summer months playing village cricket and the winter months following the fortunes of Wycombe Wanderers FC!

David is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the market research industry. He has dedicated 15 years to project management and the last five years to panel and business transformation initiatives. David’s expertise lies in sampling, and his meticulous attention to detail ensures the delivery of high-quality results.
Throughout his career, David has consistently demonstrated his ability to manage complex projects, drive process improvements, and deliver valuable insights to clients. His extensive knowledge and his can-do attitude allow him to effectively provide a great service to clients.
When he’s not working, David enjoys watching sports, particularly football and is an avid Arsenal fan. He also cherishes spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
David Crouch
Senior Project Manager
Andrew has extensive experience in project management and operations in the market research industry. He works well with clients and internal colleagues and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. His last two roles saw him work as an Operations Project Manager for Bryter and a Project Manager for Panelbase.
In his spare time, Andrew is a keen runner, a member of two local running clubs, and a keen supporter of Aston Villa. His two young children keep him busy outside of work, too.
Andrew Yarnold

Ramssena is a project manager with over five years’ experience in digital research, spanning multiple sectors, specifically finance and media. Ramssena has worked on a variety of trackers and ad hoc projects, both in the UK and internationally and she is also fluent in Arabic, Neo-Aramaic and Kurdish at an intermediate level.
Outside of market research, Ramssena enjoys fashion, candle making and reading novels.

Previously working in the healthcare and PR market research sector, Reece has managed a wide variety of complex international projects, working with many household names. He has extensive experience coordinating internal and external teams based overseas and particularly enjoys getting involved with the technical aspects of projects, such as scripting and data management/processing.
Outside of work, Reece loves attending live music and sports events, particularly the mighty Chelsea Football Club.
Reece Norbury

Amber graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Business and French before moving into the field of market research, which she now has over a year’s experience. Though only at the start of her career in market research, she has worked on ad-hoc and tracker projects in the UK and internationally, with some projects covering up to 30 markets. In her previous role, Amber ran projects from start to finish, gaining experience in each stage while building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family and has recently taken up running.
Amber Johnson
Project Manager
Abubaker is an experienced Project Executive specialising in survey scripting and project management. He most recently worked at Trinity McQueen, where he managed end-to-end projects, including panel and email campaign execution, in addition to applying his scripting expertise.
In his spare time, Abu enjoys meeting up with his friends and going to the cinema, theatre and seeing live music. He is an avid reader of non-fiction books and a passionate supporter of Arsenal and Real Madrid football clubs. Additionally, staying active through cycling, badminton, and exploring new cultures through travel help Abu maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Nihaarika graduated from the University of Sussex with an MSc in Marketing and Consumer Psychology. Building on her undergraduate studies in Psychology, she moved to the UK to pursue her passion for understanding consumer behaviour. She is particularly interested in exploring the intersection of psychology, marketing, and media. At the start of her market research career, she is focused on applying her data analytics and research skills to create actionable insights.
Nihaarika is a major music addict and enjoys swimming and reading.

Laura graduated from the University of Kent with a BA in Criminology and Sociology before completing her MSc in Advanced Relationship Based Practice with Children and Families from the University of Lancaster. After several years in this field, Laura is now looking forward to a career change, exploring consumer behaviours and insight as she begins her market research career. She looks forward to utilising her data analytics and caseload management skills to help clients create actionable insights.
Outside of work, Laura is an avid hockey player having helped her local team secure back-to-back promotions in their league!

Geo brings over 15 years of experience to our team. Her expertise in market research spans across various industries, successfully building and running large-scale projects. She is always staying on top of the latest trends and technologies in market research, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class solutions to our customers. With a deep understanding of various different surveying platforms, our team is equipped to provide cutting-edge technology solutions that enable businesses to gain valuable insights about their target audience and market trends.
In her spare time, Geo enjoys sewing, running and reading.

Chris has over 15 years of experience as a senior-level scriptwriter, working on a hugely diverse range of projects, from trackers to ad-hoc, for clients in many different industries and in all corners of the globe.
Outside of work, Chris manages the restaurant blog Cheese and Biscuits and has won the Fortnum & Mason Online Restaurant Writer of the year award.
Chris Pople
Senior Script Writer
Kate has over 15 years of experience in the market research industry, having started as an interviewer before moving to DP and survey programming. Previously, she worked at Harris Interactive (formerly Total Research/Research Europe) and Network Research, where her speciality was large, complex, multi-mode, multi-lingual, global projects.
In addition to survey programming, in her role as manager of a team of programmers, she was also responsible for seamlessly transitioning to new platforms as technologies evolved.
After a break from the industry to focus on flying, becoming an Approved Driving Instructor and dabbling with web development, Kate has decided that the call to be a survey programmer again in a sector of the industry that has evolved enormously is too great. With a wide range of scripting (Decipher, Askia, Survox (formerly CfMC)) and programming (JavaScript, Python, C++/C#, SQL) skills.
Kate Anger
Senior Script Writer and Developer
Nasta has spent more than ten years in academic research, honing her data collection and analysis skills. In addition, she has over five years of experience in market research, where she has worked on various projects involving brand perception, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
Before transitioning to survey programming, Nasta was involved in data processing, where she used various software programs to make sense of large data sets.
In her spare time, Nasta enjoys swimming, solving puzzles, and reading about various topics such as architecture, psychology, and medicine.
Nastasia Sălăgean
Data Manager
Bill has over 20 years of experience in project management. For the past 15 years, he has been employed in market research with Trinity McQueen and Progressive Partnership. He has overseen many tracker studies and ad hoc surveys in multiple sectors and markets. Bill has gained experience in scripting surveys and data processing throughout his time in market research.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his grandkids, playing computer games, and walking his crazy cockapoo (Bertie). At home, he relaxes by cooking and occasionally watching football or Formula 1.
Bill McDivitt
Data Manager
Nessa is a seasoned market research professional with over seven years of experience in quality management. With a knack for strategy and an eye for detail, she drives our commitment to raising the bar in market research quality and ensuring our data is nothing short of top-tier. She will be instrumental in helping Potentia attain its ISO 27001 accreditation.
Outside of market research, Nessa keeps busy as a cardiovascular nurse.
Vanessa Jackson
Information Security Officer
Sarah heads up the marketing at Potentia. With over five years of experience in the market research sector, she is skilled in creating highly targeted campaigns to navigate and respond to shifts in the industry. Managing all of Potentia’s above and below-the-line marketing activities, she has experience in marketing strategy implementation, email marketing, paid media, PR, SEO and campaign management. In particular, she has a real flair for digital and social media marketing, bringing a new outlook to building brand awareness through creative approaches and mediums.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys travelling and watching West End productions.
Sarah Condon

Tony founded SigDiff in 2007 and remains a hands-on analyst with many years of experience across a wide range of analytical techniques and industry sectors.
The early part of Tony’s career was spent in analytical roles at major organisations, including Tesco, Mars and Unilever, before joining the market research industry in 2001.
Tony specialises in analytical methods such as segmentation, conjoint and key drivers, but also in the intelligent use of data to answer business questions.

Ruth has over 20 years’ experience as a Data Scientist in the market research industry. Most recently working as Director of Data Science at BVA BDRC, serving there for the past 15 years. Over this time, Ruth substantially expanded and brought in-house their data science capabilities working across the business on a diverse range of projects.
Prior to that, Ruth held roles at Munro Global, Harris Interactive and Experian.
Ruth is a statistical expert with a wealth of experience developing and applying data science and innovative solutions to a wide range of research problems. Areas of expertise include choice modelling, segmentation, key driver analysis, econometric modelling and automation.
Ruth also enjoys wild swimming and they plan to participate in their first triathlon this year.

Shaun has over ten years’ experience in the market research industry and previously worked at SigDiff four years ago. He is excited to return in a new role, bringing experience in building segmentations, key driver analyses, and other advanced analytical techniques.
Previously, Shaun has held roles at Ipsos, Verint and Saga, where he has used a dedicated and solution-focused approach to data. His passion for problem-solving helps him to support clients and retrieve actionable insights.

Bhavik has worked in data-focused roles across various industries, including finance, real estate investment, and customer data science. Having recently completed an MSc in Data Science and Machine Learning, he is committed to advancing his career in data science, leveraging his data modelling, visualisation, and statistical analysis skills to uncover insights and support impactful research.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated Arsenal fan, often found at the Emirates Stadium on weekends, and enjoys volunteering at the Neasden Temple.
